Each piece in the series depicts a global issue. Every person being illustrated in the series has lost their personalities, essentially who they are. Throughout the series there are key symbols used to open the eyes of the viewer.
Corruption Triangulation:
The global issue being depicted in this work is corruption or greed. The subject in this first piece is literally becoming green. The person illustrated here is being consumed by greed, therefore losing all physical features which make them who they are.
Poaching/Blood Triangulation:
This is the second piece of the triangulation series. In this piece I used the technique of using smaller triangles as a method of shading more effectively in this piece. This piece is depicting Poaching or Blood, objects depicting themes such as the loss of empathy.
War Triangulation
This is the last piece of the triangulation series. This was depicting the global issue of war, and was my favorite to draw. The symbolism that you can find in this piece are symbols for the causes of war.
