Regency Centers Integrated Marketing Campaign
Each year Regency Centers participates in a 3-day ICSC RECon Las Vegas Global Retail Real Estate Convention. Regency's exhibit booth is 5,600 square feet with 7 conference rooms, 25 deal-making tables, a food counter serving breakfast and lunch, 3 web stations with printers, a welcome center at the entrance with 2 waiting lounges and a 3 seamless animated video.
• Managed staff, agencies, freelance, photographers and print vendors to create, update and implement Regency's yearly integrated marketing campaign.
• Storyboarded the animated video that was executed by the agency.
• Designed e-Mail templates that drove traffic to the web with trackable CID codes.
• Ensured all creative was consistent, on target, within brand, met tight time frames and budget.
