A set of woven fabrics developed taking Picasso’s Blue painting as my concept. In his blue period he painted essentially monochromatic paint- ings in shades of blue and blue-green, only occasionally warmed by other colors. I have picked up colours from the painting and have used polyester sewing threads in the form of striped wrappings.
