I am interested in exploring the manipulation of space through a distorted mirror that acts as a physical filter. The depth of space becomes lost through flatness as the objects are morphed together. As the space is broken down into an entanglement of colors and shapes, the viewer is forced to produce to their own individual perception of items and places we come across on a daily basis. The otherworldly quality that is produced from the reflection references organic elements, such as water that is humanly relatable even though the images seem somewhat alien. The photos have become patterns of experiences.
