Twin 5 bedroom luxury homes, designed for 2 brothers. 

The site being a mango grove, the main constraint was the existing mango trees. All trees were retained and sprawling, courtyard homes were developed around these. A common pool was proposed in the centre with decks from both homes opening onto it.

The linearity of both the plans evolved from the series of courtyards and the walkways connecting the various spaces.
