A project carried out in the course Product Design at Lulea University of Technology in collaboration with NewWaveGroup. A group of four students was assigned the task to develop a new product for NewWave Group. Market research was carried out to identify needs, the needs was transformed into ideas through idea generation. Models made out of wood and clay was created to visualise the idea and try different solutions. In the end Autodesk Alias was used to visualise the final product with different material combinations and in an environment. The package of the product was designed as well as the logo and posters for marketing of the product.

 

In the end a challenging and fun project with a result the whole group as well as NewWaveGroup was content with.
