Chalkfly is an e-commerce startup based in downtown Detroit with a mission: 5% of every purchase made gets donated to teachers.

 

Throughout my summer as a graphic design intern, I was able to explore many different types of design. I worked with typography and color in designing web pages, created an animation video from start to finish (including storyboard, copywriting, sound recording and video editing), designed multiple social media posts, created several linocut block stamps for teacher postcards and community outreach, and made one-pagers and informational handouts.
