Measure R Mailer and Newspaper Ad

I was commisioned to design an informational mailer and a newspaper ad in the Berkeley Times for residents to vote yes on Measure R.

The purpose of this measure is to implement Berkeley’s Green Vision for the Downtown, approved by the voters as Measure R in 2010. This measure implements the Green Vision by specifying the community benefits promised, adopting the highest green building standards, promoting the revitalization of our Downtown, and preserving Berkeley’s historic Civic Center for public use.
