The first of the two books features a series of patterns, and the steps taken to construct those patterns. Each pattern begins with a single unit. The unit is then integrated into a 10x10 square grid. The process book documents the drawing and development of each unit, and the variety of patterns that can be created with each.

The second book explains the development of a three-poster series for exhibitions the CCA (Canadian Centre of Architecture) in Montreal, Québec. The three separate exhibitions include works of architects Louis Sullivan, Richard Neutra, and Frank Gehry.
