This collaborative project reviews and reinterprets in amodern and ironic way an object symbol of humiliation and chauvinism,transforming it into a reflection on the themes of chastity, sexual attraction,and fashion. The project shifts and takes advantage of things that go"wrong" in the process: the tension between preservation andattraction, the repelling nature of the object and the rules of fashion, and thejuxtaposition between societies' myths. The final work is a decisive arrival atan unanticipated and unsolved result.
