Marvin is an interactive sculpture made out of recycled materials consisting of six wax hands that jut out from a sea of grey felt. The sculpture hides a puzzle in itself. It can be solved by touching the outstretched hands in the right order. Once a hand is touched a word is played. Once the puzzle has been solved by forming the sentence, a final hand in the middle, lights up. Once touched,  “Let’s Get It On” by Marvin Gaye is begins to play. Each hand has a capacitive touch sensor inside of it, which is programmed to react in a specific way through an Arduino Mega. Sound files are played through an Audio Sound Breakout.
