How? Each module is built with cheap MFP particle board covered with blackboard paint so that it can provide extra space for advertising and information during work hours and afterwards creative space which is as well vandalism-proof in a way, by letting people freely indulge in graffiti. The smallest pavilions also make sandboxes with benches for children and parents. The whole plot is designed so that it can be used as a fun way of spending free time and strolling around.

When? The plot is provided temporarily for 5 years before the regular plot for the marketplace is ready. The modules can be reused and rearranged and compiled unrestrictedly.
