"Wearing your heart on your sleeve" is the phrase that inspired this piece. Using a tuck stitch design on the knitting machine, made the fabric create a bubble pattern, almost honey comb like. I used ecofriendly bamboo yarn to be lightweight, drapey, and antimicrobial when the wearer perspires. The knit heart sits inside the crochet-knit neck pouch and is removable.
