Gazes is a brief series shot on black and white film through and around the city of paris. This great city attracts people from all different walks of life who in turn become observers. I viewed this series as a participation between the observer and the spectator. By photographing subjects that were unaware of my focus I felt the honesty of the observer was preserved.
