I wanted to create a piece inspired by space, its complexity and its depth. Layers and layers of bubbles of different colors were blown onto the surface individually.

 

Bubbles are so fragile, small and light which is the opposite of space, vast, endless and dark. By creating an image of space using bubbles, I wanted to juxtapose the two elements on opposite sides of the spectrum.
