eFax was expanding into international markets, starting with the UK, and they wanted to test five buckets of marketing content to see which would be most effective. At the same time they wanted to enter the market with a fresh and modern look, competitive with larger worldwide telecom companies.
Here's what we came up with:
Long form landing page layouts with three clear levels of messaging hierarchy
Content designed to work in all three content module styles
A Flash "How It Works" animated demo that explained the service (see the storyboards)
Short-form Flash landing pages with "alt text" that ensured that demo contents would be crawled by search
Freshly designed graphics that updated eFax's brand
This campaign was so successful that it was translated into a multitude of languages, expanding eFax's reach throughout Europe and Asia.
