For our last brief we had to choose a channel to rebrand. I chose National Geographic because of the wonderful imagery available to work with. My main idea for the rebrand was to use realistic characters and character movement set against more abstract backgrounds. The backgrounds draw from the shapes and colours of some of the beautiful environments brought to our TV screens by National Geographic. My finished ident and break thumper will be completed using traditional animation techniques.
