For my final project in Anne Marika Verpolegh Chasse's Introduction to Shoemaking class this past semester, I wanted to combine my newly aquired shoemaking skills with those from my jewelry background.  Using a cemented construction I made these ankle-chelsea boots with a suede upper and cast the heels from bronze using a lost wax technique.
