After my experiments with tin-plate I moved on to aluminum sheet. The added thickness of the aluminum allows for better forming as well as drilling and tapping. I chose to use these aspects to construct a series of modules. The modules connect to act as universal joints, and three modules connected can transfer power around 90 degrees. I constructed three of these 90 degree segments and mounted them in a flexible frame that showcases their capability.
