Urban farm on the Schuylkill Trail will provide fresh locally grown fruits and vegetables to the surrounding population. Schuylkill farm uses the latest technologies and water filtration system, converting the Schuylkill river water into potable water that is the only water source used in the building. The design focuses on exposing these innovative systems and educating people about healthy local food alternatives.
