Mission Statement// The mission of Cotton Textiles Museum is to unite the rich artistic heritage of Philadelphia’s textiles and the unique experience of each visitor. The Museum aims to serve its public as a dynamic, innovative and welcoming center for gaining knowledge not only from the textile objects, but also through the design.
