Steel Hands is a project designed for a Lighting Charette. A charette (shuh-ret) is an intense period of designing and planning. This project was located on Market Street Bridge in Philadelphia, PA as a flash mob space for the public. With lighting also a big part o fthis project, the public can use this space during the daytime as well as the night time.
