This family of vessels was my final for Production Cast Iron class. I had two goals in mind in doing this project: create my positive using an additive process and explore finishes. The positives for these castings were made with wooden cores that I added forms to and then vaccum formed over to create a thickness. The finishes for each of the vessels are different. The smallest was finished with blackener that I did not cure, the largest was rusted, and the last was rusted and baked.
