This week's project was about aking recipe cards. We had to look up a recipe from our family and make a recipe card for it. I chose Corn sorullos. It's a Puerto Rican appetizer. It's a big food item in Puerto Rico and a lot of restaurants down in Puerto Rico serve these s an appetizer. Also it can be eaten as breakfast. We also eat it with multiple dipping sauce but the most famous sauce for these corn sorullos is ketchup and mayonnise mix together. It's not a complicated recipe to do It's good and a good mayority of the Puerto Ricans like it.
