For this project, I had to choose a magazine and full page spread to recreate.
Everything from the original spread was measured down to the decimal points and recreated from scratch.
Everything in this project was created in Adobe inDesign CC.
The only problem I ran into was finding a font that was similar to the one in the original article.
The original font cost more than I was willing to spend for a project.
So, Instead I went with Helvetica Neue.
After the layout of everything was created I printed it out with crop marks, cut both pages out, and placed them in the original magazine to photograph them as a mock up.

The original magazine
The original article that I chose to recreate the layout of was on Solar Tsunamis. Instead, I chose to do an article on stars while keeping the same layout and changing the name of the magazine to "Space Cadet Travel Guide".
