Brief
Design new, reusable/cyclable Easter Egg Packaging Design for Sussex chocolatiers Montezuma. The design solution must take account of the practicalities of the retail market, specifically: manufacturing, supply chain, shop display, target market (both children and parents) and customer user-friendliness.
Concept
An easter egg box which can be used as a bird box once the egg is removed.
Outcome
The kitsch colourway and design is made to appeal to children and adults alike. The packaging would be made of waterproofed cardboard and would contain a simple piece of dowel for the perch and straw for bedding. Even if the item is not used as the bird box it remains a cute keepsake.
