Anatomy Sketchbook

The following anatomy sketches were created during a Human Anatomy course I took at Columbus College of Art & Design, which covered the most prominent muscular and skeletal structures in the body and was a great practice of scale and proportion to lay down the ground-work for understanding the fundamentals of figure drawing.

It's fascinating that now-a-days a properly trained Industrial Designer is on the cusp of creating functional 3D-printable Anatomy,
applying that Applied Science or Fine Arts Degree to improve the lives of those in need.

As a product designer always looking to improve my understanding, I am fascinated by the human body and how it functions as a whole of many parts, it is truly one of the most impressively engineered designs to learn from in this World. Practically every wo/man-made object with ergonomically-savvy design applied is created to work in harmony with our human make-up, and the many factors and restraints that come with it.

I hope these notes from a Class I took at Columbus College of Art & Design help those who are interested,
and please let me know if you see any mistakes! After all, no body is perfect!
