Using Photoshop, I created a background color radial gradient using red as the color. Creating a new layer, I typed in Red Dot and created a work path. Set the foreground and background colors to their default and filled the text with white. With the path selection tool, I selected the E and O and moved them so they overlap with the other letters. I did the same with the D and T. After that is done, I deleted the white layer. Then went back into the paths panel and selected the E and O and deleted the fills. Then selected inverse and used the brush tool to paint the negative space. Then, once all is done, created a new type layer for the "GRAPHICS".
