Il progetto prevede di leggere il libro “Esercizi di Stile” e reimpaginare un capitolo. Il tutto deve avere un’unica linea guida: essere un esercizio di stile.
Il capitolo maldestro è stato impaginato seguendo lo schema di un giornale comunista poiché il linguaggio usato nel testo mi ha portato ad associarlo a questa corrente politica.
Ritroviamo i simboli propri del comunismo, come la falce e il martello, e il colore rosso utilizzato per riempire le due figure estrapolate dalla storia (l’uomo e il bottone).
The project is about to read the book “Exercises in Style”, written by Raymond Queneau, and create a new page setting. The only rule is: make an exercise in style.
The chapter “Awkward” has a layout that recalled a communist newspaper because the style in the text reminded me this political trend. We find the symbols of communist, hammer and sickle, and the red colour used to highlight the main characters of the story (the protagonist and the button).
