Tower Garden, the company that makes vertical aeroponic growing systems, wanted to show off their newest vertical garden installation growing on Gallow Green, the rooftop restaurant and bar at the McKittrick Hotel, in New York City. To generate the buzz they wanted, they invited top tier media folks to experience the meticulously-designed space, fresh garden-inspired cocktails and the delectable “Roof to Table” dishes from Chef R.L. King.
