In this semifinalist proposal, programmed lighting infrastructure activates the street and sidewalks, projecting human activities as shadows upon stone walls and cinematic screen-frames, evoking nomads and settlers.
To be constructed of LED spotlights, controllers, polycarbonate panels, aluminum structural forms.
