Damien Hirst Coffee Table Book
Publication
Born 7 June 1965, is an English artist, entrepreneur and art collector.
Death is a central theme in Hirst's works. He became famous for a series of artworks in which dead animals (including a shark, a sheep and a cow) are preserved—sometimes having been dissected.
Being inspired by Hirst's works & with the idea of being submerged in formaldehyde, i recreated a coffee table book showcasing a series of his artworks.
People call him a murderer, however to me, he has given life longer than any to these animals.
Thus the idea of using a heart, representing life, was used for my Coffee table book.
