This is a response to my first Illustration Concepts project taught by Judy Sue Goodwin Sturges. 
 
The prompt:
"After the long journey - we finally arrived.
They were waiting."
 
This is my response - a dimensional piece that depicts two little illuminated guides waiting to take you through the gate into the afterlife - which is just through the forest.
It is all hand-cut and crafted.
