These days, all human activities are being transfered into virtual reality. Considering this fact, QR code was chosen as the way of presenting the exhibition and therefore saving the space that in an ordinary way would be occupied by panels. This saved space from above can be observed as a QR code, which is also a 3D volume that is supposed to be used for leisure means - sitting and talking with friends, having a snack or just relaxing.

 

So, virtual life and media which usually makes us act more individually and disconnects from real communication, here offers a possibility to use it in an opposite way - as a meeting place

Leisure and exhibition spaces

 

 

 

 

Pavilion is designed in the campus of Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio, Villanueva de la Cañada, Madrid.

Structure is placed in the center of the main educational facilities and lifted so that it would not disturb the usual circulation on the ground. It is also orientated in order to open to the best views of the mountains in the north.

Project involved the use of scaffolding system, due to easy construction. Therefore modular scaffolding system led to a particular module for space organization.

Implementation of a 3D QR code into composition.
Each module contains 7×7  dimensional cubes (0.42 ×0.42M) that compose the code
