The men's show package was inspired by vintage basketball cards of the '70's. Custom Request jerseys and shorts were designed for the package. All of the basketball card front images were shot for the package by Stefani Pappas. The front image was then used to create the rest of the card, including the back silhouette, which is customized on each card. Model sizes were provided in place of player statistics.
The women's show package was designed as a complement to the men's package, and featured the women in custom-designed t-shirts, posing as cheerleaders for the package.
The package was presented in a custom-made magnetized collector's edition box and was accompanied by a "REQUEST ALLSTARS" t-shirt, featuring the opening card's basketball emblem, designed as a vintage heather grey gym shirt. The package was sent to top casting directors, magazines, photographers, and other clients.
