Personal Logo Reflection
In my logo design everything has a meaning right down to the outline of the logo. I choose the way I designed the letters because it represents neatness, simplicity, and cleanliness. I am personally very neat and tidy and very organized and I hate when things dirty. I am a very simple person and like things simple not complicated. I choose the style of the crown where it has long flowing curves but at the same time sharp edges. This commutates flexibility, elegance, simplicity, and cleanliness all at the same time in this one crown. This crown adds how I am flexible to the world and down to earth. Elegance relates to my golf and how golf is an elegance sport and classy. I used the jagged edges in my letter to symbolize Assertive, and Powerful because even though I am mostly flexible and simple I can be assertive and powerful if I need to and it’s a very strong quality about me.
The objects in my drawing are block letters of my initials with I bit of my own touch to the font. Also my crown is inspired by the old Scotty Cameron crown logo and this crown fits me very well because I have a Scotty Cameron putter myself. The block letters of my initials are drawn this way because the cuts and corners display sharp, neatness, and cleanliness on my logo. The crown is drawn with long French curves lines unlike the sharp letters. I choose to draw my image this way because this conveys creativity and my logo isn’t a straight up boring straight logo with no French curves at all.
I choose the color schemes for many different reasons. The reasons I choose a light baby blue was to convey how I am bold as a person but also a mellow person at the same time I messed around with different variations but I stuck with a light diamond color baby blue. I used the color black to contrast the baby blue and the gray outline of the baby blue. Also black conveys a deep passionate part of my personality that I have towards many things in my life. Other visual effects I have added to my logo is a shadow effect to make the logo have some depth and feel, instead of a plan 2d logo.
