During my volunteering in CADEP - Centro Avancado de Desenvolvimento de Produtos, I became responsible for the 3D printer CubeX Duo and its setup. After some ups and downs, it is finally working properly =) The .stl files for the rings posted here can be found at:Â http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:179254 .
Printing: We used ABS (red) and they took around 15 min each to be done.
(In the CubeX software, when using ABS you better choose the 0.10Â thickness. If it is PLA, use the 0.25).
The rings needed some sanding for taking off the support area and to make the appearance smoother. Next test will be with the acetone vapor bath. If anyone have any tips about it, please contact me or comment here =) thanks!!
