This was also a project that I made for the Greslar but this one was intended to optimize the already existing brick shape, adding little changes on the angle, length and curvature in other to reduce brick lost in the manufacture of the oven dome as reaching the final lines of the dome. This project allowed a save of over 20% of lost brick during the construction and an increased heat isolation consequence of the reduction of cement in the construction.

 

In this project was also included the wood oven door with window and breathers as well as wood handles. And a compass, that when screwed to the center of the wood oven base helps placing the bricks in the rigth place durig the dome manufacture.
