This Project was to turn a state into something. I got South Dakota and wanted to do something with the state animal (coyote). I thought the shape of the state had a tail like corner on the right so i thought i could just put the coyote right there. South Dakota also has the band lands national park and thought it would look cool to incorporate that in with the design as a background.
