Exotic Bugs
Compact and Remarkably Speedy
This is a personal project that merges automotive engineering and nature. It consists of a series of three digital illustrations in which I decided to transform emblematic insects into high-performance mechanical creatures. Using different parts from exotic cars of iconic brands like Bugatti, Porsche, and McLaren, each illustration captures the essence of these insects in a futuristic and sporty style.
From the elegant and aerodynamic Bugatti transformed into a majestic bug, to the Porsche reinterpreted as a high-speed beetle, and the McLaren turned into a technologically advanced grasshopper, each design offers a fascinating glimpse into the intersection between automotive innovation and nature.
