6 Pack Beer Designe
Package design
This team assignment involved three members, each responsible for designing two beer labels. My role focused on creating the label template, designing the logo, and leading the team in establishing a cohesive illustration style.

Our inspiration for Ocka Blue stems from the concept of 'True Blue,' representing authenticity in Australian culture. To resonate with local audiences, we infused Aussie slang into the label, targeting individuals who enjoy outdoor activities along the coast. Choosing Batemans Bay, the nearest bay to Canberra, further grounded our product in its Australian roots. We replaced six activities with Aussie slang to reinforce our concept.

Our design approach centered on vector illustration, bold color blocks, bright hues, and an 'Oreo' style font. For the logo, I experimented with the font style, adding depth and motion using the Flag tool to create a playful vibe. Incorporating noise in the background and adding strokes to 'Ocka' added visual interest.

The dynamic ocean wave in the background symbolizes liveliness, while textured sand elements enhance the beach concept. I spearheaded the establishment of the design style, primary logo, illustration framework, and font selection. Redesigning the narrative component and creating the initial illustration set the tone for the team's direction.

Feedback from teachers and peers prompted us to simplify certain elements and ensure alignment with our initial concept.
