Cycle of Spores | Animated Short Film

Hello! I'm so glad I can share this 2-minute short film with everyone!
I am a 22 year old artist who is inspired by wildlife, especially my backyard for the last 4 years: Flagstaff AZ. Our world is magnificently created, and I especially enjoy drawing it real or fantasy alike.
Some more about the short film:
I named this species of walking fungi Spore, and our primary Spore we observe I named Cotton. I hoped to achieve a natural perspective of life cycles while also injecting Cotton with more human like emotions such as awe, fear, and sadness. If there are any questions feel free to comment and I will try my best to reply thoroughly!
This is my senior year capstone animation project! I estimate I put in over 100 hours developing it in its entirety from concepting, storyboards, animatics, background paintings, sketching key poses, lines, colors and final touches. I picked up hand drawn animation a little over a year ago and have fallen in love with its capacity for storytelling. I truly hope to be able to continue to tell stories and inspire others with my work.
Any commission inquiries for now can first be directed to me though Instagram @ Dragonwoods_._
Special appreciation for my Husband Ethan Wilson, he is my best critic and was never afraid to point out concerns and encourage me every step of the way.
