Sushi Tori, a distinguished sushi restaurant nestled in Brasov&Bucharest Romania, tasked me with the creation of an engaging menu that would stand out amidst the saturated sushi market. From inception, a distinct style was chosen, and I meticulously crafted a comprehensive plan prior to the photoshoot, leveraging the insights provided by the owner regarding menu items and layout.

Each category and item was meticulously curated with a fervent attention to detail, resulting in a captivating composition that played with rhythm and visual balance. Strategic placement of dishes was employed; some pages featured a quartet of plates, while others showcased fewer, with a deliberate intent to highlight high-margin offerings prominently. This approach not only enhances profitability but also ensures a dynamic visual experience for patrons, drawing them closer to the exquisite intricacies of the sushi offerings.

The resultant menu design not only serves as a functional tool for patrons but also doubles as a visual delight, seamlessly blending aesthetics with strategic business objectives
