In this student project, this torn-up photo had fingerprints, spots, lines, and stains covering a loved dog who passed. The purpose was to fix the photo in Adobe Photoshop, so they have a perfect photo to remember and cherish their dog. The photo's tearing and damage were fixed using the magic wand tool, patch tool, clone stamp tool, spot healing brush tool, lasso tool, healing brush tool, blur tool, crop, generative fill, and adjustment using curves. The generative fill was used to restore parts of the background and the other tools were used to clean up the marks and tears.
