Background
In a sea of large enterprises and small local one-person businesses, Yelowatt is big enough to have its own warehouse, a department for innovations and atypical solutions, sufficient resources for advancements and a stable future. At the same time, it’s not as big as the market bigwigs who are usually inflexible and expensive.
The name hints at solar energy, but it doesn’t refer to yellowness in a straightforward way. The sun appears white, but it’s actually yellow. Likewise, our watts aren’t yellow, they just seem that way. That explains the missing ‘l’ and why the identity defies expectations and doesn’t use much yellow at all. Does that disturb you? Good.
Visual Identity
We can’t see solar photons – we only see the final effect of solar energy. Yelowatt provides the same benefit to its clients – they buy a quality product and receive a seamless service full of invisible steps. Whether a big factory, a family house, or a pontoon, it provides the most practical and smoothest solution.
When we look at a solar panel under an angle, we can see dynamic reflections of the sun. Yelowatt’s visual identity similarly reveals the energy’s source, but only where it is needed.
