Content Development: Bentley's History via Instagram

Luxury brand Bentley wanted to portray the rich heritage of the company using Instagram. Using historical images and tales from the infamous "Bentley Boys" of the late 1920's we created a content strategy to accomplish this objective. After creating a strict hashtag nomenclature to organize our content, #BentleyHeritage was used to tell interesting stories from the brand's history and build their Instagram following from 1,500 to 10,000 in several months. 
Another objective for Bentley was to promote the #ArtOfCraftsmanship. Using this hashtag we created content that showed the specialty materials and craftsmanship that goes into each bespoke Bentley. In 2011, for the launch of the New Flying Spur we brought this concept to life by creating an Atelier or Bentley workshop in a SOHO artspace complete with real craftsman flown over from the factory in Crewe, England. Media were invited to touch the materials and learn from craftsman about what makes Bentleys so special.
