Have you ever gotten a sudden rush of emotions or even goosebumps when listening to music? This sensation is known as frisson, a somatically felt emotion when exposed to gratifying stimuli. Exploring this sensation through my eyes, this book translates these auditory experiences into visual expressions. “Frisson” provides a sensory journey of the connection between art and music through the use of hand-lettering, image, and sound.
