Here is the same photo, but in B&W. To convert the colored photo to B&W, I simply converted it into grayscale in Camera Raw. After that, some enhancements were made to the photo in order to make certain details (the tree, windows, bricks, etc.) pop. To do this, I changed a number of settings in Camera Raw, such as the Blacks and Whites to make things darker and lighter. I also changed the Shadows, lower it, in order to make the lines in the windows pop even more. Highlights were also changed to make the lighter areas on the building stand out more.
