From October 2023 to March 2024, I participated in product tasting and promotional activities on SNS as the first term ambassador of AKOMEYA TOKYO. I decided to participate in this activity because I sympathized with AKOMEYA's mission of "expanding the possibilities of Japanese food" and it overlapped with the theme I would like to work on in the future. The products we tasted all had complex flavors that had been carefully crafted, and contained a lot of information that could not be conveyed in a single word, "delicious. This was a very fulfilling and wonderful experience for me as I became more inquisitive about "tasting good taste," "defining good taste," and "how to convey good taste.

In addition, these works were shot with an iPhone camera and finished in a mobile environment, primarily using Lightroom, Adobe Fresco, and Adobe Express. This project was also an opportunity to experiment and expand possibilities with limited tools.
It took a lot of courage to show my work in a way I would not normally do, and I am grateful for the warm support I received from the people around me.

2023年10月から2024年3月まで、「AKOMEYA TOKYO」の第1期アンバサダーとして、商品の試食やSNSでのプロモーション活動に参加しました。この活動に参加しようと思ったのは、「食の可能性を広げる」というAKOMEYAのミッションに共感し、今後自分が取り組んでいきたいテーマと重なったからです。試食した商品はどれも手をかけて作られた複雑な味わいで、「おいしい」の一言では伝えきれない多くの情報を含んでいました。
この活動を通じて「おいしさを味わうこと」「おいしさの定義」「おいしさの伝え方」への探究心が増し、とても充実した素晴らしい経験になりました。

また、これらの作品はiPhoneのカメラで撮影し、主にLightroom、Adobe Fresco、Adobe Expressを使ってモバイル環境で形にしました。このプロジェクトは私にとって、限られたツールで実験し、今後に向けて可能性を広げる機会でもありました。
普段はしない方法で自分の作品を公開するのはとても勇気のいることでしたが、周りの方々の温かい見守りに助けられ、大きく感謝しています。
