Fatherhood
After becoming a mom, I realized how tough it must be to be a dad. You don't have to go through nine months of pregnancy, but you still have to show up at the hospital and watch someone else do all the hard work. It may seem easy, but is it really?

Dads are usually seen as the protectors, the ones who keep us safe from monsters and bad dreams. But what happens when the dad is the one who's scared? They have to hide their fears to protect their family. They take care of spiders, mice, snakes - anything that scares us.
In the beginning of fatherhood, dads often feel helpless. They may feel helpless when they have to go back to work and need sleep to do their job. They may feel helpless when the baby only wants the mom.

To all the dads out there, we see you. We see the love you have for us and our kids. We know you would do anything for us, even if it means taking on the night feedings, rocking a sick kid all day, or doing all the dirty work. We see all the sacrifices you make for your family.
We appreciate you.
We love you.
